What additional software/hardware do I need?
RentalGrid is web based so instead of installing it on your computer, you access it from any device that has Internet connection. You also don’t need to worry about maintaining or networking any software, or losing valuable data due to computer or human error since now your data is backed up automatically. New features are added automatically so you never have to purchase or install additional software.

What type of computer do I need?
RentalGrid works on both IBM-compatible and Macintosh personal computers using any
IBM-compatible machines can run windows 98, Me, NT, 2000, or XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 while Macintosh machines can run Mac OS 8 and above. You can also access RentalGrid from any mobile device or tablet as long as it has a browser and is connected to the internet.

Is my data safe?
Yes! Your data is stored in a secure computer facility complete with redundant connections to the Internet, 24-hour monitoring and diesel-powered electrical backup. To prevent loss of data due to computer failure, this information is continually backed-up to secondary and tertiary systems

Can I access RentalGrid anytime anywhere?
Anytime and anywhere means you can always access it anytime you want and where it’s convenient for you – at home, at the office, or on the road. All you need is an Internet connection and your RentalGrid login and password.
Can other employees access RentalGrid?
Yes. RentalGrid lets you give permission to other users to access your RentalGrid account. Think of the time you could save when your employees can work offsite and after hours. You have complete control over what level of information they access. And everyone works off the same updated property management system.
